This is a great choice for anyone wanting a sweet start to their day. In a bowl, mix some Fitness Cereal from Nestle with some chopped bananas and strawberries topped off with some milk.

3-EGGS WITH SMOKED SALMON AND GOAT CHEESE

If you need to feel a little more sophisticated for the day, go for the salmon and goat cheese. Full of healthy fats and packed with protein, you can’t feel guilty about this one. Mix them together and enjoy with brown bread.

In this case, your mother really did know best every time she tried to make you eat this stuff as a kid. You can get 20 grams of protein in only four minutes and it will keep you going strong until lunch.

5-PEANUT BUTTER WAFFLE

You can’t go wrong with this one! Add extra peanut butter for even more fibre.

This one might sound like it’s cheating, but if you add ยผ cup of almonds, or dried fruit, you’ll get a solid serving of fiber. Make sure your glass of chocolate milk is low fat.
