You’ve already been through some tough times. So, because you’ve adapted to this setting it won’t deplete you of your energy as it might have before. This will all come in handy when you don’t get your way in small things later in life. In order for you to get aggressive or irritable, it will have to take a whole lot.
2- You’ll Learn How to Deal with People From Different Social Stratas
Be prepared to undergo a radical culture shock experience. If you are a person who has travelled around then you’ve probably been through culture shock before. However, El Geish El Masry will give you a culture shock that is way more shocking than any exotic country you might have visited before. The social class system in Egypt is messed up to a drastic extent. You will meet people with living conditions, background stories and personalities you never thought existed. But, you will have to learn how to deal with each and every one of them because for the next year (or 3 years), you will eat, sleep, drink and spend most of your time together. These guys will have your back. These guys will become your buddies. So, you will learn how to speak their language and how to walk in their shoes. And this is something you will never unlearn.
3- You’ll Grow a New Appreciation For Life’s Most Basic essentials
Fl geish, everything around you is far off from being convenient. The food is not what you’re used to. The bathrooms aren’t what you had at home. There is no hot water. You’re never allowed to sleep in. You don’t sleep on comfortable sheets. And the list just goes on and on. This will make you see the little things under a whole new light. You will never complain of your mom’s monotonous dishes again. You will start to be conscious of the simple things in life. This will make you a calmer person because, you’ll realise that you can be happy anywhere.
4- It’ll Make Your Problems Feel A Gazillion Times Smaller
We all have problems and we get caught up in them way too much. Most of them are pretty silly but because we’re in the middle of it, we don’t realise how silly they REALLY are. 6- You’ll Grow Thicker Skin
Needless to say, the way you’re treated won’t be to your liking all the time. You will be treated less than you think you deserve and this will make you frustrated. It will make you feel like you’re powerless and less than what you truly are. But, the treatment you will recieve fl geish will make you more aware of what you deserve later on.
