4.  Checking Emails During  Bedtime.

Avoid all types of electronics at least two hours before bedtime. The glaring light of your phone or your computer screen disrupts regular sleep patterns.

5.  Having Trouble Saying ‘NO’

You don’t have to compromise and agree to things you are not totally convinced of. In many cases, trying to please everyone comes at the expense of your own happiness, and this subconsciously drains your energy. Train yourself to say ‘No’ every once in a while!
