Breaking: The body of Nevine Loutfy CEO of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Egypt was found dead in her home in 6th of October with several stab wounds.

Loutfy was appointed as Managing director and CEO of ADIB-Egypt (previously known as NBD) in the year 2008. Her reforms in the bank allowed it to become an Islamic sharia institution. Her career spans around 3 decades, and the bank announced her death today. Loutfy was a graduate of The American University in Cairo and was the first woman in the Arab world to head an Islamic bank. Police officials are still trying to locate the suspect and are investigating the area due to the mysterious circumstances surrounding her death.
