- If your man is a true gentleman and waits for you to take a seat first; don’t overdo it and sit down as quickly as possible.
- Speak politely and gracefully; your words are a reflection of who you really are.
- Never ever talk with a mouth-full.
- Introduce strangers to each other when you are the only common party.
- Offer help to those in need: a single mother, an elderly, or a disabled.
- Education is key; read lots of books, update yourself with the latest news, attend seminars and conferences.
- Keep a good posture; stand and sit straight.
- Be respectful; never interrupt and pay full attention to the person addressing you.
- Be charming; interact with people and engage in interesting conversations. Always start by smiling and complementing others.
- Maintain personal hygiene; shower daily and brush your teeth twice a day.
- Dress appropriately and elegantly; keep the sweat pants exclusively for the gym.
- Don’t call or text during meetings or outings. Adjust your mobile phone to silent mode.
- Stay well groomed; brush your hair; wear classy make-up.
- Be classy; use “Yes, please” and “No, thank you”; no need to use foul language or swear. Speak clearly and confidently, never in a loud voice.
