Frizzy curly and wavy hair

Keratin is a protein that is recommended for frizzy curl or wavy hair. If you naturally have frizzy hair and style your hair straight, a keratin treatment saves you 40% to 60% time to blow-dry. You can forget about your frizzy hair after the treatment. Even if you get it wet whether it’s in the shower or in the rain it won’t change. So instead of using a flat-iron every 2 days which will eventually end with the breakage of your hair you should consider a Keratin treatment.

All types of hair

Eggs are considered one of the best treatments for all types of hair. The yolk is naturally moisturizing, while the white removes unwanted oils from your hair. For normal hair you should use the whole egg to condition, for oily hair only use the egg whites and for dry hair use the egg yolks.

Dry or sun-damaged hair

Whatever the reason is for your dehydrated and damaged hair, honey is the solution. Massage ½ a cup of honey into clean and damp hair. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then rinse it out with warm water. You can use 1 to 2 Tbsp. to loosen the honey for easier application. Treatment can be applied once a month.

Oily or greasy hair

One of the cheapest ways to treat oily or greasy hair is by adding cornmeal to your hair. Use 1 Tbsp. of cornmeal and pour into a salt and pepper shaker and sprinkle it into your hair until there’s nothing left over. After 10 minutes use a hairbrush to brush the cornmeal out.

Dull hair

Dairy products like sour cream and plain yogurt can help reverse the damage of styling products. Fill ½ a cup with sour cream or plain yogurt, massage it into damp hair and let it sit for 20 minutes. To rinse use warm water and then cold water and shampoo your hair like you normally would.
