1 Water-Packed Tuna Can 200 cal.
1 Non-Fat Yoghurt 170g 80 cal.
1 Tomato 20 cal.
1 Small Sized Onion 20 cal.
Cucumber and Corn (Optional)
Whole Wheat Pita Bread 140 cal.
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
salt
pepper
Directions:
1- Chop the onion and the tomato.
2-Drain the tuna.
3-In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.
4-Add the seasoning and the vinegar
5-Pile it in one half of the Pita bread and VOILA !!
