When we say Indian food we remember all different sorts of Spices and the chili taste, Yum Yum!! That’s why I decided to give the Indian recipes the name “Master of Spices”. When I first tried it, I had 25 different spices to work with but then I ended up reducing the spices to make it easier on everyone. I tried to taste each one separately to know which of them is unnecessary and still give you the same taste you’d find at any Indian cuisine, so, give this one a try and let me know what you guys think.

Ingredients:

– 1/2 kilo boneless chicken (cut into chunks/marinate)

– 4 Garlic minced

– 1 tsp gram masala

– 3 Hair saffron

– 1 tsp salt

– 2 Tomato blended

– 2 tbs tomato paste

– 2 cups cooking cream

– 4 tbs butter

– Handful crushed cashews

– 1 red chili pepper (slices)

Directions:

1 – Grill the chicken and set a side. In a saucepan put butter, garlic, salt, gram masala, chili pepper together and stir then add tomato and tomato puree. Stir until dry

2- Add cream and crushed cashews stir well. After cooking it well strain all to take the sauce only.

3- in a serving bowl put chicken and pour the sauce over. Sprinkle some coriander.

TIP: TO COOL THE HEAT DOWN MAKE A SMALL BOWL OF YOHGURT NEXT TO YOUR PLATE.
