Jumeirah at Etihad Towers’ award winning restaurant Quest will re-launch at the end of January 2015 following its annual New Year’s Eve special dégustation menu, themed around art masterpieces.

For the last three years, Chef Benjamin Whatt’s signature dishes at Quest have impressed foodies and this is the last chance to experience the inspirational cuisine. On New Year’s Eve, diners can enjoy a special one-off New Year’s Eve menu conceptualised around the theme of art and food.

The eight-course menu will present dishes inspired by some of the world’s most famous works of art including: ‘Girl with a Pearl Earring’ by Johannes Vermeer, ‘Soup Cans’ by Andy Warhol, ‘Water Lilies’ by Claude Monet and ‘The Birth of Venus’ by Sandro Botticelli. Quest, on level 63 will re-open at the end of January 2015 with an exciting new dining concept and culinary experience.

Named ‘Ray’s Grill,’ the restaurant will offer the world’s finest quality cuts of meat including USDA Prime Beef, Australian 1824 Sirloin, Australian Mulwarra Ribeye, Australian Wagyu Grade 9 fillet steak and Irish John Stone beef sirloin. Perfecting the flavours, each selected cut will be meticulously cooked over charcoals, ensuring a gourmet experience par excellence from a stylish venue that offers some of Abu Dhabi’s most spectacular views.
