The Oscars are the holy grail of Red Carpets, it’s when everyone has to bring their A-game. Celebrities prep their bodies and outfits months in advance of this prestigious event. We decided to give you a recap of which celebrities brought it at both the awards and the after-parties, and which ones fell off the wagon.

Charlize Theron slayed in this sexy low-cut classic red dress. Her make-up and hair were also on point!

Priyanka Chopra looked like a vision in white in this lacy sheer dress which truly accentuated her petite but curvalicious figure.

Only Cate Blanchett can pull off a dress covered in 3D flowers and blue feathers and look this good.

Even though Rachel McAdams’ silk dress was a bit creased (probably from the limo ride), she still looks stunning in this colour and minimal make-up.

(Photo by Todd Williamson/Getty Images)Lady Gaga’s pantsuit gave us major Jennifer Lawrence 2013 Oscars’ Dior gown flashbacks, but of course Gaga always has to put her own unique twist on everything and we can’t get enough of it!

Worst Dressed

Kate Winslet, nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in "Steve Jobs," arrives at the 88th Academy Awards in Hollywood, California February 28, 2016. REUTERS/Lucy Nicholson

Kate Winslet’s dress, to put it bluntly, looks like a black garbage bag. We were super disappointed.

Alicia Vikander, winner for Best Supporting Actress for her role in "The Danish Girl", poses backstage at the 88th Academy Awards in Hollywood, California February 28, 2016. REUTERS/Mike Blake

Alicia Vikander’s gown looks like a failed attempt at Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

Actress Kerry Washington arrives at the 88th Academy Awards in Hollywood, California February 28, 2016. REUTERS/Lucy Nicholson

Kerry Washington’s style is always on point, but this leather bodice gown by Atelier Versace was not one of her strong looks.

Actress Reese Witherspoon arrives at the 88th Academy Awards in Hollywood, California February 28, 2016. REUTERS/Lucy Nicholson

Reese Witherspoon’s dress was not horrible, but was too plain and a bit unflattering in her hip area, come on Reese, you can do better!
