A Youth Council comprising of a group of young men and women as advisers on youth issues was announced by Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Emir of Dubai, as part of the UAE government structural changes currently under force.

The most impressive part though, as posted by the Sheikh on his official Twitter account yesterday, is that this Youth National Council would be chaired by a female Minister of State whose age does not pass 22 years old.

Other impressive changes to the UAE government include assigning a Minister of State for Happiness, as well as a Minister of State for Tolerance. Both individuals jobs are made to promote social tolerance and harmony and ensure the satisfaction of the people.
