We’re just starting the second week of Ramadan, and the series are already on fire. It seems like a very entertaining year already, if only some obvious mistakes hadn’t occurred in the series.

Below are 7 ridiculous mistakes caught in Ramadan series:

1. Soquoot Hor

While Ahmed Wafiiq and Feryal Youssef were sitting in a coffee shop in episode 6, the camera shot Ahmed Wafiq twice while saying the same sentence but from two different angles.

Scene (21:01)

Selim: tshraby eh?

Selim: Eh teshraby haga?

2. Grand Hotel

During the investigation for Maher’s murder in episode 6, how come Amr Youssef wasn’t asked to present his ID while giving his testimony? If he did, the police would have discovered right away that he was Ali and not Fouad.

3. El Ostoura

In his new series, Mohamed Ramadan plays two characters, but it seems that El Ostoura got mixed up and kept on wearing the older brother’s watch (Refaei) though he was playing the younger brother’s character (Naser).

4. Foq Mostawa El Shobohat

Though Yousra is way ahead in the Ramadan series race this year, many people on social media are finding it hard to swallow that Layla Ezz El Arab is playing the character of her mother though in real life they are almost the same age.

5. Nelly W Sherihan

Even a comedy TV series doesn’t have a carte blanche to do such a mistake! In the same scene, Shiko -who was the episode’s guest of honor- appeared wearing the police’s summer uniform while the soldier talking to him was wearing the winter one.

6. Afrah El Oba

In a conversation between Riham Abd El Ghafour and Sabrin, Abd El Ghafour said “kano metsa7bin” and “Her ex” while referring to the head of the theatre troupe and the make up artist. FYI, the story is supposed to take place in the 70’s, and this was not how people used to talk back then.

7. Yunis Weld Fadah

An eight year old version of the character Amr Saad is playing appeared in the first episodes. In one of the scenes, an old PC is dislpayed in the room. If we do the math, computers were available in upper Egypt in the 2000’s if not later. So, if his character was 8 years old then, Amr Saad’s character is supposed to be a teenager or in his twenties now!!
