Why is it that every time I go to a restaurant or cafe, I end up daydreaming of beating up the waiter, “meestar Aly za manager”, myself or setting the whole place on fire? I’m sure many of you face the same bullish**t every time you go out for a drink, a meal or just a quick puff. Here are some of the things that can put you off in Egyptian restaurants/cafes, and make you seriously reconsider that Dubai job offer!
1. Minimum Charge
“7adretak hwa fi minimum charge 200 geneh el fard.” Going out for a quick cup of coffee just isn’t an option anymore…

Waiters coming up to you every 5 minutes….guys please chill! Why do we think we’re here for?

Why do they always have to make us plead for wel3a?
4. Lipstick on your cup
Have you guys heard of dishwashers?
5. FINDING HAIR IN YOUR FOOD!!!
6. Or worse finding WORMS in your food!!!
7. Waiting for food…
It takes 10 to 15 minutes to prepare a burger. Why have I been waiting for 50 minutes to get a goddamn sandwich?!…
8. When the waiter forgets about the Coke you ordered!
