The Ajman Palace Hotel was awarded HACCP certification earlier last week following a thorough inspection offood processes in its kitchens, restaurants and coffee shops.

In order to obtain the certification, the hotel went through a detailed analysis and scrutiny of various food procedures from procurement, storage and handling of food products toprocessing, cooking, distribution and consumption. Preventing problems from occurring is the paramount goal underlying the HACCP system. Therefore, it also includes a process of regular checks and audits that will be strictly followed by The Ajman Palace Hotel to ensure the systems are in place and effective at all times.
