We’re nearing the greatest season of all everyone! Ramadan is less than a month away, and it looks like we’re going to be stuck to our couches with our eyes glued to the TV screens, yet again.

And we’re here to give you the full official guide to every series coming to your screen this Ramadan 2019! 

1. Weld El Ghalaba

Yes he missed last Ramadan, but Ahmed El Saqa is back in full force with his new TV series. And he’s bringing back his Mansour El Hefny’s Seedi form to “Weld El Ghalaba“, by portraying a financially struggling man from Upper Egypt who eventually gets involved in drug dealing.

Written by Ayman Salama and directed by Mohamed Samy.
Cast: Ahmed El Saqa, Mai Omar, Mohamed Mamdouh and Injy El-Mokaddem.

2. Hogan

Ramadan 2019

Who’s here for these superhero vibes? We sure are!

The science fiction/fantasy story revolves around a guy named “Hogan” who has superpowers and because of that, eventually finds his way to fame.

Written by Mohamed Salah El Azab and directed by Sherin Adel. Cast: Mohamed Emam, Kareem Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Asmaa Aboelyazied, Salah Abdallah and Hager Ahmed.

3. Kalabsh 3

Ramadan 2019

This series honestly feels like the new “El Dali“. Amir Karara is back to our TV screens with a THIRD season of his successful hit series “Kalabsh“.

This time around it’s unfortunately without everyone’s favorite cop Mahmoud El Bezzawy. But Selim El Ansary is still in for a new adventure, as usual.

Written by Baher Dewidar and directed by Peter Mimi.
Cast: Amir Karara, Ahmed Abdelaziz, Rogina, Dina, Yosra El Lozy, Ahmed El-Awady and Maged El-Masry.

4. Zelzal

Ramadan 2019

The series is set during Egypt’s 1992 tragic earthquake. Mohamed Ramadan plays the character of Mohamed Harby who loses his home because of the natural disaster and gets into feuds with the apartment’s owner but falls in love with his daughter, Safeya, portrayed by Hala Shiha who returns to TV for the first time since her retirement.

Written by Abdelrehim Kamal and directed by Ibrahim Fakhr and Kareem Medhat.
Cast: Mohamed Ramadan, Hala Shiha, Youssef Othman and Mostafa Mansour.

5. Lams Aktaf

Seems like Yasser Galal is here to stay!

After the huge success of his first two Ramadan series, “Zel El Raeeis” and “Rahim“, he’s back again in “Lams Aktaf” where the story revolves around Adham, a professional boxer involved in crimes and corruption. But when he decided to stop, Karma stands in his way and the Mafia chase beings.

Written by Hani Sarhan and directed Hussein El Manbawy.
Cast: Yasser Galal, Hanan Motawe3, Donia, Iman El Assy and Mohamed Ezz.

6. Mamlaket Iblis

Ramadan 2019

Those two Egyptian beauties are joining forces for a new series this Ramadan, under the title “Mamlaket Iblis‘.

All we know about the story is that it’s set in “Haret Hadouka“.

Written by Mohamed Amin Rady and directed by Ahmed Khaled Moussa.
Cast: Ghada Adel, Rania Youssef, Ahmed Dawood, Iman El Assy, Salwa Khattab, Karim Kassem, Khaled Anwar, Nancy Salah and Asmaa Galal.

7. Hekayti

Ramadan 2019

For the first time, Yasmine Sabri has the screen all to herself! 

The actress portrays the role of Dalida, a girl who is suffering a post-traumatic disorder after seeing her father die in front of her own eyes. The story then kicks off in Upper Egypt where she lives a romantic love story and faces various situations.

Written by Mohamed Abd El Moiety and directed by Ahmed Samir Farag.
Cast: Yasmine Sabri, Ahmed Hatem Omar, Ahmed Bedeir, Edward, Wafaa Amer, Islam Gamal, Ahmed Gamal Saeid and Maha Abo Ouf.

8. Abo Gabal

Ramadan 2019

Seems like we’re having another professional boxer this Ramadan!

As usual, Mostafa Shaaban portrays the character Hassan Abo Gabal, who comes from a big but sort of dysfunctional family and goes through many tough situations which lead him to lose control.

Written by Mohamed Sayed Beshir and directed by Ahmed Saleh.
Cast: Mostafa Shaaban, Aesha Ibn Ahmed, Mohamed Lotfy, Hassan Hosny and Ayten Amer.

9. Baraka

Ramadan 2019

A man named Baraka from Upper Egypt moves to Cairo with his mother to start a new life and find a job. However, as time passes by, he gets involved in many illegal situations.

Written by Mohamed El-Shawaf and directed by Mahmoud Kareem.
Cast: Amr Saad, Kamal Abo Raya, Hala Sedky and Abdelrahman Abo Zahra.

10. L Akher Nafas

Ramadan 2019

For the first time in so long – if not ever – Yasmine Abdelaziz is here with something other than the comedy genre!

L Akher Nafas” revolves around an engineer who’s married to a police officer. And from the looks of it, the episodes are going to involve a series of dramatic and thrilling situations.

Written by Amin Gamal and Mohamed Mehrez and directed by Hossam Aly.
Cast: Yasmine Abdel Aziz, Mohamed Ezz, Youssef Othman, Hazem Ehab and Hend Abdelhalim.

11. El Brencisa Bissa

Ramadan 2019

Did you think she was going to miss a single Ramadan season without featuring in a TV series? Impossible!

After last year’s “Rasel El Baher“, as usual, Mai Ezz El Din is here with a new story. This time, all we know so far about the comedy is that the actress is going to play two roles!

Written by Mostafa Omar and directed by Akram Farid.
Cast: Mai Ezz El Din, Boussy, Amir El Masry, Hossam Dagher and Haggag Abdel Azim.

12. Amar Hady

Ramadan 2019

The dramatic thriller revolves around a wealthy drug dealer who does money laundering and of course, gets involved in many unfortunate violent situations with his enemies.

Written by Islam Hafez and directed by Raouf Abdel Aziz.
Cast: Hani Salama, Dalia Mostafa and Ashraf Zaki.

13. Ibn Osoul

Ramadan 2019

The thriller revolves around a wealthy man who works in the jewelry business. However, he suffers from hallucinations and paranoia, always thinking someone is after him.

Written by Ahmed Mahmoud Abo Zeid and directed by Mohamed Bakir.
Cast: Hamada Helal, Ayten Amer, Ahmed Karara and Mohamed Nagaty.

14. El Wad Sayed El Shahat

Ramadan 2019

The comedy tells the story of a poor guy who married a rich girl and is on the run from some bad guys who think he’s a fraud because a family member of his has stolen 6 million pounds from them.

Written by Mostafa Saqr and directed by Ahmed El Gendy.
Cast: Ahmed Fahmy, Hannah El Zahid, Akram Hosny and Bayoumi Fouad.

15. Zay El Shams

The dramatic thriller revolves around a lawyer who investigates the murder of her brother and finds out that many of her close friends and family might be involved.

Written by Mariam Naoum and directed Kamla Abo Zekry.
Cast: Dina El Sherbiny, Ahmed Dawood, Ahmed Salah El Saedany, Ahmed Malek and Sawsan Badr.

16. Qabil

Ramadan 2019

Qabil is a thriller that revolves around a murder investigation.

Written by Mostafa Saqr and directed by Kareem El Shenway.
Cast: Mohamed Mamdouh, Amina Khalil, Mohamed Farag, Khaled Kamal, Ali El Tayeb and Ahmed Kamal.

17. Al Zawga Al 18

Ramadan 2019

The title says it all!

Hassan Raddad portrays the role of a businessman who’s been married 17 times, and the comedy takes a different turn as he marries his 18th wife and gets in trouble.

Written by Mohamed Abo El Saed and directed by Mostafa Fekry.
Cast: Hassan El Raddad, Shaimaa Seif, Nahed El Sebaey and Mahmoud El Bezzawy.

18. El Le3ba

Ramadan 2019

Shiko and Hesham are back with another comedy and it looks promising, as always!
The story revolves around a hotel owner named Wassim who goes on many fun and thrilling adventures with his friend.

Written by Mohamed Salah Khattab and directed by Moataz El Tony.
Cast: Hesham Maged, Shiko, Mai Kassab, Mohamed Tharwat and Sami Maghawri.

19. Yasmina

And the big surprise is HERE!

Fifi Abdo is back to our TV screens with a new thriller that tells the story of gypsies and how they live their lives. Featuring Horeya Farghaly, Mayar El-Gheity, Ahmed Karara and Sameh El-Soreity.

Written by Mohamed El-Gheity and directed by Abdul Aziz Hashad.
