Celebrity Chef Joe Barza is partnering with Conrad Cairo’s culinary team to introduce modern Lebanese cuisine at renowned restaurant, OAK Grill at Conrad Cairo. In addition to including delectable modern Lebanese options, Barza will add a contemporary Arabian-Mediterranean touch to the menu. Chef Barza will work closely with OAK Grill’s team, led by Chef Khaled Mohamady, in the development and creation of the new dishes. Some of these signature dishes include the Shrimp Freekeh Salad, Oak Smoked Chicken Tawouk and Date & Cardamon chocolate fondant.
