In our patriarchal society, women face all kinds of daily challenges. That’s what happens when you live in a culture that’s structured to favour one gender over another.
For that reason, Fair & Lovely launched their Equality Enable campaign. A campaign that aims to empower women, and offers Fair & Lovely consumers free online courses to learn how to pursue their dreams no matter what the challenges are.
Fair & Lovely collaborated with Al Mentor, an e-learning platform that aims to create hope and develop people in the MEA region through providing high quality online courses taught by industry experts. Through this collaboration, Fair & Lovely hopes to provide their consumers with significant online courses that will help place them on the right track to make their dreams come true.
Here is how things will work; Fair & Lovely packs will have a specific code, all you need to do is get the code from the pack, go to El Mentor website, enter the code, and voila, you will get access to the courses! Yasmine Raeis, an award winning actress, Aya Mostafa, a social media influencer and a special effects make-up artist, and Maram Senosy, Founder of Maram Senosy Shop; all these incredibly talented women were chosen by Fair & Lovely to share their stories with their ups and downs in the campaign, in order to encourage every woman to never give up on her dreams and to always chase after them.
That’s not the first time for Fair & Lovely to show support to women in Egypt. Fair & Lovely has taken it upon them and consider it their social mission to consistently support women’s quest for greater control over their personal and professional destinies.
From 1975 to 1990, Fair & Lovely ‘s Romance Enabler mission was there to help women challenge institutions such as arranged marriage and to choose their own spouse. From 1990 to 2013, Fair & Lovely played the role of a Career Catalyst to help women get over their inner hesitations about working or going for unconventional jobs.
