During our busy hectic mornings, it’s always easy to skip breakfast. You can either take the breakfast you prepared the night before to go or take a few minutes to have something quick to eat. Breakfast is essential to maintain a healthy body weight, will keep you full throughout the day and boost your energy. Don’t save calories by skipping breakfast; you will only end up eating more at lunch or dinner which is worse.
