#3 John Lewis’s Christmas Advert 2015 – “Man On The Moon”

Here comes the king of Christmas commercials, John Lewis, a chain of upmarket department stores, releases an ad to build up for Christmas. With ‘Half the World Away’ playing in the background making the ad even more awesome, we meet Lilly, a young girl who was playing with the family telescope one night and guess what she spotted? A man living all alone in a small house on the moon.

Wanting to prove to him that someone down there is thinking of him, she tried all she can to get something to the moon. Show someone they are loved this Christmas, is the message the ad wants to carry to the world.
