The Smokey Eyes

Smokey Eyes

The Smokey eye is a timeless look that a lot of people tend to skip, because they believe it’s too difficult to create. Instead, they end up looking less sexy and a lot like a panda bear with black eyeshadow. But with this guide, the smoldering Smokey eye won’t be hard to master. All you have to do is follow these six simple steps to create your glamorous look.

Step 1: Start with a neutral eyeshadow base to make the makeup last.

Step 2: Over that, apply a shimmery bone shadow to add light to the eyes.

Step 3: Brush on a lavender shadow, taking care to brush it more intensely at the lash line and blend it toward the brow bone.

The Pouty Lips
Pouty Lips

Lip liners were once an archaic product of the past. But now, they’ve been widely popularized by icons like Jennifer Lopez and Kylie Jenner. This season is about faking natural pouty looking lips without any of the harsh lines. And although you might think that contouring is specifically meant for your face, there are ways that you can contour your lips to achieve an overall pouty plump lipped look.

Step 1: Choose a liner two shades darker than your lipstick and draw an M along the top of your lip, another M on the center of your bottom lip and a sideways V on the outer corners of your mouth.

Step 2: Apply your lipstick. We liked the nude look, so we used Mac Crème D’Nude.

Step 3: Tap a cream highlighter on your Cupid’s bow and sweep some bronzer beneath your lower lip. The shadow underneath your lip and the brightness on your Cupid’s bow will give the illusion of fuller lips.
