Soma Bay, Red Sea, Egypt – 2026 — In a bold celebration of culture, creativity, and immersive guest experiences, Sheraton Soma Bay Resort proudly announces the launch of a unique on-site art residency, welcoming six award-winning Egyptian artists to create live paintings within the resort. This initiative marks a new chapter in the resort’s transformation, where art becomes an integral part of the guest journey and the property’s evolving identity.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Red Sea, the residency invites guests to experience creativity in motion, as artists produce original works live on site. These pieces will ultimately be showcased across guest rooms and public areas, adding a distinctive artistic identity to the resort.
Six artists will reside at the resort for a period of three weeks, during which they will develop and complete their collections. Upon completion, a curated selection process will be undertaken to ensure each piece aligns with the resort’s design vision and brand standards.
