The Jazz Bar at Kempinski Nile Hotel will offer a new sushi menu. Guests will enjoy sushi, Nigiri and hand rolls, along with sake, while feasting their eyes on the panoramic view of the Nile.

 

“Included on the menu are popular sushi rolls, such as the California, crisp salmon, tempura, Philadelphia, eel with avocado, spice tuna, and Serachi sushi with sauces like sweet chilli mayonnaise, wasabi mayonnaise, and teriyaki.” The signature tuna mango roll features seasonal maki crispy roll and Nigiri selections. Based on availability, the following are also included: ikura (salmon eggs), unagi (fresh water eel), bluefin tuna, hamachi (yellowtail), maguro (big eye tuna), sake (salmon), albacore (white tuna), uni (sea urchin), hirame (fluke) and ebi (shrimp). Sashimi is also available on the menu.

 

“What sets our sushi menu apart from the rest is our premium selection of fresh fish from the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea,” says Executive Chef Khalid Abdelghaffar. “We use the best ingredients and raw materials, as well as high-quality cuts of fresh crab, tuna, salmon, eel and octopus.

The new sushi menu at Jazz Bar is available daily from 17:00 to 23:30 between 17:00-2:00. Seating is limited and available on a first-come first-served basis.
