Conrad Cairo has collaborated with Conrad Centennial Singapore to offer a one week Singapore food experience created by Chef Tommy Tong Bin.
Chef Tommy will feature typical Singaporean food specialties for a la carte dinner at Conrad Cairo’s Kamala Restaurant from August 31st to September 6th 2019 every night from 6 PM until midnight.
The Six-Day culinary experience is part of Conrad Cairo’s “Taste of Luxury” activities – Conrad Cairo regularly hosts visiting chefs from Conrad and Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts from around the world to offer guests a delectable dining experience.
The “Taste of Singapore” will include a variety of Singapore Island’s speciality dishes including Warm Fried King Prawns with green mango salad and Wasabi Aioli dip, Double boiled Chicken and Herbal soup, Pan Fried Roti Prata served with Fish Curry, Hokkien Prawn Noodles, and the infamous Singapore Chicken Rice. Guests can enjoy their meal with a Singapore Sling; the signature gin-based cocktail from Singapore, which is also available in a fruity virgin version.
