Victory Heights, the flagship golf residential communityset on the fairways of the prestigious Els Club Golf Course in Dubai Sports City,recently held a special ceremony to celebrateits completion.The event was attended by Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and a number of other senior officials including Mr. EssaSaeed Al Mansoori, Manager- Trust Account Section,RERA.
