For International Women’s Day, Welnes decided to use its platform to shine the spotlight on the female backbone of the professional fitness world in Egypt, including the women who made it happen.

And who are these women, you may ask? Well, we have the extensive list!

Other than being a fashion designer and a Creative Director, Deana Shaaban is also a Fitness Director at Ignite Egypt. There, she also coaches people on unlocking their potentials and helping them transform their bodies, minds, and souls to become the best version of themselves.

Nada Taalab

Co-owner and founder of CHEFOX, Nada Taalab began her ultimate fitness and weight loss boot-camp/retreat in 2014 with one goal—to help people reach their ideal weight in a healthy way through rigorous exercise and a healthy nutritional meal plan.

Nadya Gamal El-Din

Founder of Rahet Bally, Nadya Gamal El-Din thought that Egyptian moms need proper support & a little love too and so decided to give them just that. Specializing in getting fit post-birth, balanced nutrition, a comprehensive content portal to allow them to master motherhood, a massive discounts app to give them a better quality of life. Rahet Bally is an all inclusive support platform for moms of Egypt.

Rana Amer

Founder of Lean Queen Clinics , nutritionist and IIN holistic health coach, Dr. Rana Amer focuses on one of the most important aspects of health—nutrition and the importance of a balanced dietary system as well as skin-tightening and body-contouring.

Farida Abou El-Dahab
